B.O.A./Minutes/October 1, 1985
Page 4
#1387: Kalscheur-Dunn.
Schwahn/Kruschke to grant reconsideration of appeal #1387 based on re-design
of residence.
Schwahn/Kruschke to grant variance of 15 more or less feet from setback from
road to allow residential attached garage. Residence portion of structure may
not extend into required setback.
FINDING OF FACT:
1). Structure is in an area of similar setback variances.
2) . Severe slope of lot creates problem with access to garage.
CONCLUSION:
1). Variance preserves the Zoning Ordinance as much as possible without
injustice to applicant.
2). Variance is necessary to provide right enjoyed by others.
Motion carried. 3-0.
OTHER
Voges/Schwahn - Board of—Adjustment wishes to go on record in support of
proposal requiring locational surveys for zoning permits.
Motion carried. 3-0.
4LW
Schwahn/Kruschke to adjourn at 10:20 a.m. y° g
RECEIVED
Steven H.
