Pearson OPPOSED: E. Walther COMMUNICATION: Town Board - no <br /> objection if neighbor is satisfied. <br /> #1393: Appeal by James W. Hermanson for a Special Exception Permit as <br /> provided by Section 11.05 (3) to permit filling, grading, etc., within 300 <br /> feet of Lake Kegonsa in Lot #38, Colladay Point - Section 23, Town of Dunn. <br /> IN FAVOR: J.
