Meeting to order by Chairman Voges at 7:38 p.m. in Room #224 City-County Building to hold public hearing as published by Class II Notice. #1392: Appeal by Larry Pearson for a variance from required setback from road and sideyard as provided by Section 10.16 (6) (a) 2 & 10.17 (4) b to permit construction of accessory building at 1916 Barber Drive in part of Lots 14 and 15, Rock Elm Park - Section 26, Town of Dunn. IN FAVOR: C. Pearson OPPOSED: E. Walther COMMUNICATION: Town Board - no objection if neighbor is satisfied. #1393: Appeal by James W. Hermanson for a Special Exception Permit as provided by Section 11.05 (3) to permit filling, grading, etc., within 300 feet of Lake Kegonsa in Lot #38, Colladay Point - Section 23, Town of Dunn. IN FAVOR: J. Hermanson OPPOSED: E. White COMMUNICATION: Town Board - opposed. Crio #1394: Appeal by Kevin Dresen for a variance from required rear yard as provided by Section 10.123 (9) to permit construction of accessory building at 6131 USH 12 in the SE 1/4 SE 1/4 - Section 5, Town of Springfield.
