MINUTES OF THE MEETING OF THE DANE COUNTY <br /> BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT <br /> COMMITTEE HELD ON November 21, 1985 <br /> The following members were present: Voges, Miller, Kruschke, Jones, Schwahn. <br /> ALSO: Reynolds, Fleck. <br /> Call to order by Chairman Voges at 7:30 p.m. in Room #229 City-County Building <br /> to hold public hearing as published by Class II Notice. <br /> MINUTES: Miller/Jones to approve minutes October 24 and November 19, 1985. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> Appeal #1413. by Zdenek Pelc for a variance from required setback from normal <br /> high waterline as provided by Section 11.03 (2) (a) to permit addition to <br /> residence at 136 Hillside Road in _part of Government Lot #2 - Section 36, Town <br /> of Albion. <br /> IN FAVOR: Z. Pelc OPPOSED: None COMMUNICATION: None <br /> Appeal #1414. by Donald Grubb for a variance from required setback from normal <br /> high waterline as provided by Section 11.03 (2) (b) to permit deck addition to <br /> residence at 2060 Barber Drive in Lot #6, Lincoln Park - Section 26, Town of <br /> Cre Dunn. <br /> IN FAVOR: D.
