COMPOSIT REPORT <br /> APPLICATION # '4 <br /> TOWN BOARD COMMENT: <br /> STAFF COMMENTS <br /> REGIONAL PLANNING COMMISSION (RPC) <br /> SUPPLEMENTAL COMMENTS: <br /> Petition 5622. Previous comments for the May 1993 hearing addressed a proposed 11-lot plat, which <br /> the Town Board subsequently noted to deny. Now, the amended petition is to allow RH-1 and RH-2 <br /> zoning for a 4-lot certified survey map on the same 16-acre property. <br /> The plan shows this as an agricultural preservation area, outside of an urban service area. The <br /> relevant policies are: <br /> - Non-farm residential development by certified survey map at a density of one lot per 35 <br /> acres <br /> - No subdivisions should be permitted in the Agricultural Preservation District. <br /> Comments: <br /> • With a 16-acre parcel, there is no policy basis to approve any further divisions. <br /> • While the 4-lot division is a compromise and a reduction in the request, it appears to <br /> conflict with policy. <br /> ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH DEPT.
