This petition began as a request for an 11-lot plat (May <br /> 1993 Hearing). The petition was initially denied by the town, with a request to hold further <br /> action. <br /> The town took action to reduce the number of lots from 11 to 4,then started the process to amend <br /> the Town Land Use Plan in early 1994. The amendment to change this 16-acre parcel from its <br /> present designation in an Agricultural Preservation District to a new designation as an Unsewered <br /> Development District was submitted as Res. 12 (1994095) and approved by the County Board on <br /> May 19, 1994. <br /> This same amendment was reviewed by the RPC on May 26, 1994; however, the motion to <br /> approve failed on a vote of four ayes to five noes. <br /> The petition as presented is consistent with the plan as amended by the County Board. <br /> ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH (septic, etc.) <br /> DANE COUNTY HIGHWAY <br /> OTHER <br />
