This work will <br /> begin on approximately May 17 , 1993 and will be finished on <br /> approximately September 27 , 1993 . To facilitate this <br /> construction, it is our intent to purchase fill material <br /> from Thomas and Michelle Pellitteri to be used as roadway <br /> embankment . Thus , we are applying for a conditional use <br /> permit . <br /> The area which we will be extracting material from is <br /> approximately 7 acres . It is located in the Verona <br /> Township, T. 6N.-R. 8E. , Section No. 20, in--tom <br /> C ,f ,...4 t NW 1/4 . The tax parcel number of the lot <br /> vF ,(\k i s O604- 2 u -Z;8(c.-1° <br /> 1 <br /> VJ of <br /> PLAN OF OPERATION <br /> The extent of the area to be excavated is shown on the <br /> 01k 42(2 following maps . <br /> O The area is zoned as A-1 Agriculture and its existing use <br /> is a fallow field. This area will be returned to its <br /> existing use and drainage patterns . <br /> We estimate excavation of about 90 .000 cubic yards . Our <br /> methods of extracting and sequence of operations are as <br /> follows : <br /> ( 1 ) Remove topsoil from proposed area and stockpile <br /> on north end of field. <br /> (2 ) Excavate material and use for new highway. <br /> This process includes continuous grading and <br /> shaping of proposed area to maintain proper <br /> drainage and prevent ponding. <br /> (3 ) After excavation is completed, grade and shape <br /> area with original drainage patterns . <br />
