(4 ) Restore topsoil to a minimum depth of 4 inches .
( 5) Reseed and fertilize with Department of
Transportation approved quality.
The equipment to be used are standard to highway excavation
processes . There are no proposed areas for ponding. There
are no proposed drainage modifications . There will be a
temporary topsoil stockpile site, which is upland and will
be protected from erosion, on the north end of area. There
is an existing field entrance at the most southwesternly
part of property, accessed by CTH "G" . A new access point
will be established per agreement by the Pellitteri ' s and
the Wisconsin D.O.T. Final slopes will not be graded
steeper than 3 : 1 .
This property is suitable for the proposed use for many
reasons . This proposed excavation is not hazardous ,
offensive or otherwise adverse to the environment or value
of the area and will not conflict with its present and
neighboring uses . The proximity of the property to the
construction site is important . This will eliminate any
construction equipment from having to cross or travel on
nearby highways that are open to traffic, therby
eliminating traffic hazards .
Again, this proposed site will render fill material for
construction of the USH 18 & CTH G interchange. Acceptance
by your committee will benefit the welfare of the general
public facilitating increased public health and safety.
Sincerely,
/1114342. ...1),
Martin D.
