- DECLARATION - 1 . WHEREAS, is/are the owner or owners of the following described land in the Town of , Dane County, Wisconsin, to wit: Part of the SE 1/4 SE 1/4 Section 33 and NE 1/4 NE 1/4 Section 4, Town of Cottage Grove described as follows: TO R-1 : Commencing at a point in the centerline of Gaston Road which is also the Southwest corner of CSM #5517, Lot #2, thence S 51° 35 ' 30" West 35.4 feet along the centerline of Gaston Road to the intersection with the North line of Section 4, Town of Cottage Grove and the point of beginning. Thence continue S 51 ° 35' 30" West 84 feet more or less along the said centerline to the West line; thence S 38° 05 ' East 432 feet; thence N 51° 35 ' 30' East 100 feet; thence N 38° 05 ' West 420 feet to the North line of Section 4, Cottage Grove; thence Westerly 20 feet more or less along the said North line Section 4 to the centerline of Gaston Road and the point of beginning. TO RH-4: Part of the SE 1/4 SE 1/4 Section 33, Town of Sun Prairie, that part of the SE 1/4 SE 1/4 Section 33 lying Southerly and Westerly of Gaston Road. 2. WHEREAS, the said owner of the above-described property now wishes to make certain declarations as to the above-stated property to provide notice within the chain-of-title to the public and any successors in interest to this real property; 3. NOW, THEREFORE, let it be known to the public generally throughout Dane County and elsewhere as well as anyone acquiring title or an interest in the above-stated property that it is intended to provide clear notice by means of this "Declaration" as to the following: A) . The Blackhawk Airport is located approximately 1/4 miles to the East, fly over by aircraft is to be expected and, B). Gaston Road is utilized by the customer's of Blackhawk Airport and increased traffic is to be expected. This declaration shall run with the land and shall advise all parties now owning any part of said land, their successors, heirs and assigns, and all parties holding under them unless, pursuant to paragraphs 4 or 5 of this instrument, said declaration is amended or terminated.
