Following is an excerpt from the minutes of that meeting: <br /> 5644 Connors Cross Plains 05/11/93 <br /> MOTION by Weckmueller/Hellenbrand to amend the petition to impose the <br /> following restrictions and conditions: <br /> RESTRICTIONS <br /> RIl 1 IONS <br /> 1. Any new residence constructed on the proposed parcel "B" may not be <br /> constructed at a higher grade elevation then the grade elevation of the <br /> residence on the Harris property, Parcel #0707-342-8920. <br /> 2. The maximum height of any residence on the proposed parcel "B" may <br /> not exceed 24 feet above grade. <br /> 3. The location of any residence on the proposed parcel "B" shall comply <br /> with the setbacks and yards as specified by the Dane County Code of <br /> Ordinances. <br />
