The property lines and highway right-of-way, pursuant to County <br /> Highway Plan for CTH P&S Project #1213 dated 1960, shall be clearly <br /> delineated by stakes placed in the ground at appropriate distances along <br /> the lines to provide easy visual identification of said lines. <br /> Motion carried 7-0. <br /> MOTION by Weckmueller/Hellepbrand to approve as amended: carried 7-0. <br /> I was not present at that meeting, but my client advises me that he believes Restriction number <br /> "2"inaccurately describes what occurred at the meeting. He tells me, and I would assume that <br /> your tape recording would verify, that there was no discussion regarding the maximum height <br /> of the building above grade. <br /> Rather,he says there was discussion about the top of any building he might construct not being <br /> within 24 feet of the top of the hill. There was discussion, he says, about the fact that the top <br /> of the existing Harris residence is 24 feet below the top of the hill. In essence,then,paragraph 2 <br /> is more appropriately intended to be part of paragraph 1. <br /> I understand your committee will be meeting on Tuesday, July 13, 1993. If my client's <br /> understanding of what occurred is accurate, I would ask that the minutes be amended to reflect <br /> this change. If, however, the minutes accurately reflect what occurred at the meeting, there <br /> would be no need to take this matter up with the committee as my client would be prepared to <br /> abide by that determination. <br /> Please feel free to call me at your convenience if I can be of any assistance.
