Application for Rezone Item No. 15 <br /> Dear Mr. Anderson: <br /> The Village of Dane Board did review the above named petition at <br /> its ' July 1 , 1993 Board meeting . <br /> Some items of concern were: <br /> --Access to Hwy. 113 as Snyder Drive was just recently completed <br /> just west of this proposed access ( see enclosed road layout ) . <br /> --That the frontage be at least 90 foot minimum--this would then <br /> be consistent with the Village of Dane' s current R-1 zoning <br /> requirements and be a conforming lot when the Village expands or <br /> annexes that area ( see copy of R-1 zoning enclosed) . <br /> --Whether a well and septic are allowed when this lot abuts <br /> property which has already been annexed to increase the Village <br /> limits and for which an Amendment to Dane County Water Quality Plan <br /> for the Dane Urban Service Area (Resolution RPC No. 596 ) was <br /> approved March 12 , 1992 .
