The dimensions specified in all present Dane County highway right-of-way <br /> and building setback regulations shall be maintained in perpetuity on <br /> the parcel . Namely, a highway right-of-way of 150 feet from the center <br /> of C.T.H. "P & S"; a setback of 42 feet into the parcel from the highway <br /> right-of-way line; a rear yard setback of 50 feet from the Western <br /> boundary of the parcel ; a sideyard setback of 10 feet from the Northern <br /> boundary. No building or other kind of structure shall be constructed <br /> except in minimal concordance with the above cited right-of-way and <br /> building setback dimensions. <br /> Said restrictions shall run in favor of Dane County and the pertinent Town <br /> Board as well as the owners of the land.
