Mr. Connors has a house on the parcel at the <br /> present time. He wishes to convey approximately one half of the parcel,including the existing <br /> house, to his daughter, Sandy Rockey. He would retain the remaining vacant parcel with <br /> indefinite plans to construct a house in the future.
