/Qoa:1 * 7///
5/11/93
/9_--r-
to: Shary Bisgard, chair
Zoning and Natural Resources Committee
Dane County Zoning Dept
City-County Building #116
Madison WI 53709
from: Virginia R Cade
Oscar R Cade
3425 County Rd P
Mount Horeb WI 53572
re: Zoning petition #5644, by John A Kassner, agent for Donald P Connors
change zonging from A-1 exclusive agriculture district to R-1A
residential district.
It is our understanding that the applicant wishes to divide the property
described in his application into two parcels and build another home on this
property adjacent to his present home.
We wish to go on record as opposing this request for the following reasons:
1 . A major portion of the land in the additional parcel is not suitable for
building as it is composed of a standstone outcrop. Building a home on this
area would raise various serious environmental concerns, in particular, sewage
disposal.
2. The remaining land in this additional parcel (other than the sandstone
outcrop), may or may not be adequate for building a home in terms of zoning
requirements. At best, the environmental impact on adjacent property is
questionable.
Respectfully submitted,
D.
L/4/1141..c.a. e/),;;,
Virginia R Cade Oscar R Cade
1
