The petitioner , Mr . Gerald T. <br /> Breunig came before the Springfield Planning Commission on June 7 , <br /> 1993 . The Planning Commission recommended denying this request to <br /> rezone a 20 acre parcel from A-1Ex . to Rh-2 and Rh-3 . I <br /> communicated these results to you via phone on 6/8/93 so that you <br /> would have them for the County Public Hearing( 6/8/93 ) . <br /> Mr . Breunig was scheduled to meet with the Town Board on 6/15/93 . <br /> When he failed to appear the Board requested that this petition be <br /> held in abeyance until further notice . The next day in contacting <br /> Mr . Breunig he related to me that he thought the town board meeting <br /> was 6/22/93 . <br /> The Board would respectfully request that they be given a chance <br /> for input on this matter before a vote is taken at the County <br /> level . Mr .
