The notations regarding setbacks are not to be included as it could lead to confusion or a <br /> separate zoning exhibit map may be included as part of the CSM. <br /> 4. I have concerns regarding the road right-of-way(r/w) location. There are highway <br /> orders indicating the location of this road. It does clearly deviate from the %section line <br /> to the south but does appear to be within this corridor in the area of this CSM. Roxbury <br /> County Highway Registry(CHR)pages 226& 229-231 should be reviewed by the <br /> surveyor to make road right-of-way location determinations.
