LICENSE No.VF-07-0001 <br /> AND <br /> BUG TUSSEL WIRELESS LLC, <br /> a Wisconsin limited liability company <br /> ereinafter referred to as the <br /> ereby grants to BUG TUSSEL WIRELESS LLC,a Wisconsin limited liability company, <br /> 130 East Walnut Street,Suite 509, Green Bay,WI 54305-1078,hereinafter referred to as the grantee, a <br /> license for the operation and maintenance of a new cellular telephone system (CTS)comprised of six(6) <br /> Allgon 7200.42 and two(2)Motorola/Flanger antennas initially with up to a total of nine(9)antennas all at the <br /> same level and related facilities,hereinafter referred to as said facilities,over,across,in and upon lands of the <br /> Government, as identified in Exhibits "A" and "B", attached hereto and made a part hereof, hereinafter <br /> referred to as the premises. <br /> THIS LICENSE is granted subject to the following conditions. <br /> 1. TERM <br /> a. This license is granted for a term of Five(5)years,beginning December 18,2006, and ending <br /> December 17,2011,but revocable at will by the <br /> b. At the request of the grantee and at the option of the this license may be <br /> extended for three(3)additional five(5)year terms,based u on the 11s determination that <br /> the facilities don't conflict with the mission of t r the planned use of the <br /> premises by the Government, and the grantee's agreement to pay the fair market value for the use of the <br /> premises,as determined under paragraph 2.a.(l)below. <br /> 1 <br />
