<br /> Background Measurements
<br /> These measurements were taken simultaneously at two locations in the project area. The
<br /> measurements were done for a period of 48-hours to determine the existing sound levels
<br /> present at the site. The first monitor was placed on the NE corner of the existing residence
<br /> and approximately 360 feet west of County Highway MM. The second monitor was placed
<br /> in the wooded area south of the site and approximately 600 feet west of County Highway
<br /> MM. The following picture illustrates the location of both sites.
