Oct . 25 ., 1991 Mr. and Mrs . Donald Schanke who reside at ,4743 Tyler , Oregon , WI (Rutland Twp . ) parcel number 26-0510-073-9160-1 are in violation of Dane Co . zoning ordanices . Their property is zoned as RH1 rural housing . RH1 does not allow semi ' tractor trailer parking or the operation of a business from the property . On Sept . 18 , 1991 a complaint was made to the Dane Co . Zoning office. An inspection was done on Sept . 19, 1991 . Mr . and Mrs . Schanke were notified of the violation the week of Sept . 22 , 1991 . Mr . and Mrs Schanke asked and were granted an extension until Nov . 4 , 1991 . On Nov . 4 , 1991 , Mr. and Mrs . Schanke will meet with the Rutland Twp . Zoning Commision to ask the Commision for approval in rezoning their property so they may continue storing their semi tractor trailer and operating from their property . If the Zoning Commision approves their request , it will be sent to the Dane Co . Zoning Commision for approval . The meeting on Nov . 4 , 1991 is open to the public . It will start at 7 : 30 P.M. at the Rutland Twp . Garage . The parking of semi tractor trailers and operation of a business from the Oregon Territory residential area is unsafe , aesthetically unpleasant , and a nuisance . It will affect the value and resale ability of surrounding homes in a negative manner . Road damage will continue. If you agree that Mr . 'rad Mrs .
