We are enclosing a copy of the Planning <br /> Commission minutes from December 2 , 1991 which note that the <br /> land proposed for this home site is not prime cropland and <br /> therefore would not be in conflict with our Land Use Plan. <br /> As further noted in the minutes , the proposed site was viewed <br /> by members of the Planning Commission prior to making a <br /> decision on this rezoning petition . Because of this viewing , <br /> the Town felt that rezoning of this area would not constitute <br /> a conflict with our policy. Ms . Celley also indicated that <br /> she had in mind the raising of bees .
