We ask that Dane County <br /> approve the request as presented. Please also be aware that <br /> no conditions are requested on the certified survey or Zoning <br /> Petition # 5209. The conditions stated only exist for <br /> satisfaction prior to recording of the Evans Subdivision Plat. <br /> Agreement on those conditions has been made between the Town <br /> and Mr. Evans, and signed documents will be presented prior <br /> to offical recording of that approved plat. <br /> Thank you for your attention to this matter.
