Two small areas of open wate-, one located <br /> at the north tip of the wetland and one at the south edge of the rtland are all <br /> that remain. The fill consists of concrete rubble and dirt. <br /> The Soil Conservation Service had mapped the area as poorly drained Colwood silt <br /> loam. This wetland was identified on the 1978 Wisconsin Wetland Inventory (WWI) <br /> map as flats/unvegetated wet soil that is farmed in dry years (FOKf) . The <br /> wetland was identified on the 1986 WWI map as flats/unvegetated Bret soil with <br /> standing water present (FOH) . • <br /> Did the Corps of Engineers issue a permit to fill this wetland? :c. ld you send <br /> me a copy of the permit application if one was issued.
