• i ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 5257 +k A <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> BLOOMING GROVE <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of Blooming Grove be amended to include in the <br /> LC-1 Limited Commercial and R-1 Residential Districts the following described <br /> land: <br /> Part of the SE 1/4 NE 1/4 Section 24, Town of Blooming Grove described as <br /> follows: TO LC-1: Commencing at the East quarter corner of said Section 24; <br /> thence N 00° 41' East, 262.98 feet, along the East line of said Section 24, to <br /> the centerline of Vilas Hope Road; thence N 00° 41' East, 546.43 feet, along <br /> said East line; thence_S 75° 07' West, 154.01 feet to the point of beginning of <br /> this description; thence S 75° 07' West, 257 feet to the Easterly right-of-way <br /> of Buckeye Road; thence N 28° 35' West, 267.70 feet along said Easterly <br /> right-of-way; thence N 81° 36' East, 350 feet; thence S 07° 48' 44" East, <br /> 222.25 feet to the point of beginning of this description. TO R-1: Commencing <br /> at the East quarter corner of said Section 24; thence N 00° 41' East, 262.98 <br /> feet along the East line of said Section 24 to the centerline of Vilas Hope <br /> Road; thence N 00° 41' East, 546.43 feet along said East line to the point of <br /> beginning of this description; thence S 75° 07' West, 154.01 feet; thence N 07° <br /> 48' 44" West, 222.25 feet; thence N 81° 36' East, 183.16 feet to the East line <br /> of said Section 24; thence S 00° 41' West, 207.34 feet along said East line to <br /> the point of beginning of this description. <br /> CONDITIONAL ZONING <br /> Conditional zoning is hereby imposed pursuant to Section 10.255 (3)(a) 2.(b) <br /> of the Dane County Code of Ordinances. The rezoned area shall be subject to <br /> the following conditions. <br /> DEED RESTRICTION REQUIRED <br /> This amendment will be effective, if within 90 days of its adoption by Dane <br /> County the owner or owners of the land shall record the following restrictions <br /> on said land: <br /> A. Commercial equipment, materials and supplies shall be parked or stored <br /> within an enclosed building. <br /> Said restrictions shall run in favor of Dane County and the pertinent Town <br /> Board as well as the owners of the land. Failure to record the restrictions <br /> will cause the rezone to be null and void. <br /> EFFECTIVE DATE: <br /> !AU6 0 5 1992 <br />
