MINUTES OF THE MEETING OF THE DANE COUNTY <br /> ZONING AND NATURAL RESOURCES COMMITTEE <br /> HELD ON March 30, 1992 <br /> PRESENT: Mackie, Blaska, Bisgard, Dahlk, Proctor, Cieslewicz. <br /> ALSO: Mueller, Smiley, Gunderman, Ziebelman, Fleck. <br /> I. CALL TO ORDER <br /> The meeting was called to order by Shary Bisgard, Chair, at 5:00 PM in <br /> Rm 2-E City-County Bldg. <br /> II. REZONE AND CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT APPLICATIONS FROM PREVIOUS MEETINGS - -_ <br /> 3599 MLI/Libby Landfill <br /> MLI submitted a communication from DNR which stated the amended <br /> petition did not pose any problem with their existing feasibility <br /> approval. MLI also submitted a site map which verified that the 300 <br /> foot buffer area and other contiguous lands under their control did <br /> consist of a minimum of 35 acres which could remain in the A-1 <br /> Exclusive district. <br /> MOTION by Proctor/Mackie to deny based on four comprehensive reasons; <br /> (the reasons are attached to these minutes) <br /> MOTION carried 5-1, Dahlk voting no. <br /> 5257 Gausman/Hermsdorf <br /> The applicant, because of difficulty with obtaining a mortgage for a <br /> residence in the proposed LC-1 District, has requested the committee to <br /> reconsider the petition and amend a portion of the property to R-1. <br /> MOTION by Proctor/Mackie to reconsider previous action; carried 6-0. <br /> MOTION by Proctor/Mackie to amend the petition to include the requested <br /> R-1 area; carried 6-0. <br /> MOTION by Proctor/Mackie to approve as amended; carried 6-0. <br /> 5266 Matson/Buss <br /> MOTION by Dahlk/Proctor to approve; carried 6-0. <br /> 5277 Kalscheuer <br /> MOTION by Mackie/Dahlk to approve; carried 6-0. <br /> III. ADJOURN <br /> MOTION by Proctor/Dahlk to adjourn; carried 6-0. <br /> The meeting was adjourned at 5:25 PM.
