RESTRICTIONS <br /> 1. Thence continue N 88° 12' East along said <br /> East-West quarter line 640 feet more or less to a point 250 feet West of the <br /> Southwest corner of said SW 1/4 NW 1/4; thence North parallel with the East <br /> line of said SW 1/4 NW 1/4, 327 feet; thecne East parallel with said East-West <br /> quarter line 200 feet to a point 50 feet West of the East line of said SW 1/4 <br /> NW 1/4; thence North parallel and 50 feet Westerly of said East line 583 feet; <br /> thence S 87° 16' West, 197.46 feet; thence N 01° 53' 40" West, 292.99 feet; <br /> thence N 02° 54' 24" West 35.21 feet; thence S 80° 07' 41' West 773.86 feet; <br /> thence S 89° 17' 25" West 198.00 feet; thence South along the West line of <br /> said SW 1/4 NW 1/4, 190 feet mroe or less to a point that is 985 feet North of <br /> the West quarter corner of said Section 30; thence N 88° 35' East 167 feet; <br /> thence thence South parallel with the West line of said SW 1/4 NW 1/4, 750.10 <br /> feet, thence N 89° 06' East, 116.10 feet; thence S 13° 07' East, 94.00 feet; <br /> thence S 06° 38' East, 141.9 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> 3. NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual benefits passing to and <br /> from the owner and those who may hereafter purchase said land and the <br /> parties named as beneficiaries of these restrictions, the following <br /> restrictions are hereby imposed: <br /> A. Residential use of the A-2 Zoned Area is prohibited. <br /> These restrictions shall constitute covenants running with the land and <br /> shall be binding upon all parties now owning any part of said land, their <br /> successors, heirs and assigns, and all parties holding under them unless, <br /> pursuant to paragraphs 5 or 6 of this instrument, said restrictions are <br /> amended or terminated. <br /> 4. The restrictions provided for herein shall be enforceable at law or <br /> equity against any party who has or acquires an interest in the land <br /> subject to the restriction by the following parties who are named as <br /> grantees, promisees and beneficiaries with enforcement rights: <br />
