Second by K. Christoph. Carried. (G. <br /> Skaar did not vote) . <br /> Dob Rice <br /> Requested rezone from C2 to R1 for 6,969.6 square feet. C2 zoning <br /> line runs through a resident. Two lots are zoned C2; one lot is <br /> zoned R1. Will buy the shop and create only one lot zoned C2 and <br /> one lot zoned R1. Several area residents spoke in favor of the <br /> rezone. <br /> M. Kindschi moved to approve the rezone request. Second by <br /> J. Peterson. Carried. <br /> Jeff Bowers <br /> Presented three rezone requests: One from R1A/A2 to RH1; property <br /> size is 3.3 acres. Second is A2 to A2(8) for Paulson. Third is <br /> R1/A2 to R1A for Horstmeyer request of 1.6 acres. Mr. Bowers added <br /> a copy of a letter to Bill Fleck on request of Committee. <br /> M. Kindschi moved to approve the three new zoning changes <br /> contingent on the transfer of ownership from Paulson to Bowers and <br /> Horstmeyer by September 1, 1992. Second by K. Hampton. Carried. <br /> A statement from the Committee noted that this is a special case <br /> where a buffer is being created against an active mineral <br /> extraction quarry in a resident area. <br /> M. Kindschi moved to schedule a workshop meeting for April 21, <br /> 1992, at 7:30 p.m. to work on the Town Land Use Plan. Second by <br /> G. Skaar. Carried. <br /> M. Kindschi moved to set the Walter Olson zone request for May 27. <br /> Second by K. Hampton. Carried. <br /> M. Kindschi moved to adjourn at 9:55 p.m. Second by K.
