" <br /> It meets several of the criteria, however : <br /> - Soil erosion on slopes is a concern. <br /> - Crossing and filling a mapped wetland is a concern. <br /> - The site has an excessively long driveway.. <br /> It does not appear that the criteria have all been met unless they can <br /> be mitigated somehow. This would require a site plan with slopes, <br /> cuts, fills, erosion control , and other proposed construction submitted <br /> for review. <br /> 7 <br />
