Virgil Ripp CUP <br /> If the concerns that were raised and agreed to by the <br /> opponents and the Town of Vienna Board are to be correctly <br /> place with the CUP, there needs to be a major correction <br /> dealing with the review process . <br /> The Board (Vienna ) and citizens asked for a review of the <br /> stipulations after two years . It was understood by all <br /> parties that at the time of the review the only thing that <br /> could occur was to either continue or delete any or all of <br /> the stipulations . Therefore, the actual language should <br /> read that the stipulations may sunset after the review and <br /> not the CUP. <br /> Recommended language could read : after 2 (two ) years a review <br /> shall occur regarding all stipulations and at that time or a <br /> later review any or all of the aforementioned may be kept in <br /> place or removed by recommendation of the Vienna Town Board <br /> to zoning . <br /> Note : Agreement by all present at the Town of Vienna Board <br /> meeting was that there would be no increase in the number or <br /> level of the stipulations concerning this CUP. <br /> t. <br />
