Permittee will provide an adequate security system for the premises and <br /> adequate supervision of clients. <br /> 2. Clients served shall be limited to women with an AODA (alcohol and other <br /> drug abuse) diagnosis in accordance with the DSM IIIR and their children. <br /> 3. The number of clients served shall not exceed 56 inpatient, 24 day <br /> outpatient and 24 night outpatient. The number of children in the <br /> childcare center shall not exceed 19. <br /> 4. Access to the facility will be restricted to the present entrance/exit. <br /> 5. The sign for the facility shall not exceed thirty square feet; the top <br /> of the sign shall not be more than six feet above the ground; and may <br /> not be internally lighted. <br /> 6. Permittee has agreed that, at the discretion of the Town of Westport or <br /> County of Dane, the Women and Children with Special Needs <br /> Foundation/Vennebu Center project may be subject to an annual review for <br /> each of the next three years. The purpose of said review shall be to <br /> examine any unanticipated burdens that the facility may impose upon the <br /> community. At the time of the review, it shall be determined: <br /> A) . Whether any such burden can be ameliorated without further <br /> hearing; <br /> B). Whether a full hearing in front of the Town of Westport Plan <br /> Commission is warranted. Permittee agrees that if such full <br /> hearing is held and it is the finding of the Town of Westport or <br /> County of Dane that further restrictions upon the operation of <br /> thefacility are reasonable and necessary, such restrictions may <br /> be imposed by Dane County. Nothing contained in this condition <br /> shall allow the County of Dane to prohibit the original intended <br /> use of the facility as a treatment center or to seriously <br /> inhibit or undermine the original intended use so that the <br /> viability of the project is threatened. <br /> a <br /> { <br />
