TOWN OF WESTPORT <br /> Page 3 <br /> CUP 989 - Conditions <br /> 1 . Permittee will provide an adequate security system for the <br /> premises and adequate supervision of clients . <br /> 2 . Clients served shall be limited to women with an AODA (alcohol <br /> and other drug abuse) diagnosis in accordance with the DSM IIIR <br /> and their children. <br /> 3. The number of clients served shall not exceed 56 inpatient , 24 <br /> day outpatient and 24 night outpatient . The number of children <br /> in the childcare center shall not exceed 19 . <br /> 4 . Access to the facility will be restricted to the present <br /> entrance/exit . <br /> 5 . The sign for the facility shall not exceed thirty square feet; <br /> the top of the sign shall not be more than six feet above the <br /> ground; and may not be internally lit . <br /> 6 . Permittee has agreed that, at the discretion of the Town of <br /> Westport or County of Dane, the Women and Children with Special <br /> Needs Foundation/Vennebu Center project may be subject to an <br /> annual review for each of the next three years . The purpose of <br /> said review shall be to examine any unanticipated burdens that <br /> the facility may impose upon the community. At the time of the <br /> review, it shall be determined 1) whether any such burden can <br /> be ameliorated without further hearing; or 2) whether a full <br /> hearing in front of the Town of Westport Plan Commission is <br /> warranted. Permittee agrees that if such full hearing is held <br /> and it is the finding of the Town of Westport or County of <br /> Dane that further restrictions upon the operation of the <br /> facility are reasonable and necessary, such restrictions may be <br /> imposed by Dane County. Nothing contained in this condition <br /> shall allow the County of Dane to prohibit the original <br /> intended use of the facility as a treatment center or to <br /> seriously inhibit or undermine the original intended use so <br /> that the viability of the project is threatened. <br />
