The application <br /> requests a change from A-1 ex to R-1A. <br /> A review by the Vienna Town Board and the Vienna Plan Committee <br /> showed the request to meet the Vienna Town Plan, and was approved <br /> by both the Board and the Committee. <br /> The Vienna Town Plan allows the land-division for the purpose <br /> of building a home for sons and daughters of those owning the <br /> land prior to December 1974.
