The public hearing for the rezone did not
disclose any concerns or objections and the Zoning and Natural Resources
Committee has recommended approval with no conditions or restrictions. Based
on this tract record the County Board and County Executive usually follow the
recommendation and approve the rezone. I realize that this is not a guarantee
but it is the best I can provide at this time.
We cannot legally issue any permits for the construction of your residence
until the zoning change is effective but in order to expedite the start of
your construction I suggest that you stop into our office and review what is
required for the issuance of the permit such as septic and culvert permits,
building location, etc. This would assure you of no hang-up or delay when the
permit could be issued.
Sincerely yours,
William Fleck, !!!
Zoning Administrator
