Motion carried. <br /> II . Motion by Nienstedt , seconded by Elsberry to <br /> approve the minutes of the March 17 , 1.992 meeting <br /> as corrected . Motion carried. <br /> Motion by Nienstedt , seconded by Kindschi to <br /> approve the minutes of the March 31-April 1 , 1992 <br /> meeting. Motion carried . <br /> Motion by Nienstedt , seconded by Kindschi to <br /> approve the minutes of the April 2 , 1992 meeting. <br /> Motion carried. <br /> Motion by Nienstedt , seconded by Griffin that <br /> copies of the minutes from March 17 , 1992 and April <br /> 2 , 1992 be provided to the Town ' s Association . <br /> Motion carried. <br /> III . <br /> Zone ,Applications <br /> A. Loren Vanderbilt , 4721 Gaston Circle, R1 to R3 <br /> Motion by Nienstedt , seconded by Griffin to <br /> approve the recommendation of the Planning <br /> Committee for approval of the zone request . <br /> Motion carried . <br /> B. Stanley Schmidt (Dan Breunig Owner) , W. Jargo <br /> Road, A-1 Exc . to R-1 for . 94 acres <br /> Motion by Chairman Skaar, seconded by Kindschi <br /> to approve the recommendation of the Planning <br /> Committee to deny the request .
