Spring Road Program - Crack Filling <br /> Motion by Kindschi , seconded by Griffin to spend <br /> $4 , 500 on material for crack filling. Motion <br /> carried. <br /> VI . EMS Request for More Room <br /> Rick Griffin reported on the Commission ' s last <br /> meeting regarding the room availability within the <br /> Town Hall . <br /> Truman Nienstedt indicated that he is not ready to <br /> give up the space and that he would like to review <br /> proposals under currently under review by the fire <br /> department at budget time . <br /> Jeff Smith suggested that the sidewalk be extended, <br /> a door installed on the north side of the building, <br /> and partitions be placed in the room. This would <br /> provide for a separate access for the EMS . <br /> Motion by Chairman Skaar, seconded by Elsberry to <br /> make this recommendation to the EMS Committee . <br /> Motion carried. <br />
