WHEREAS, t{►t)) L I)Y(."Y1 rir is/are <br /> the owner/a of the follotii'ing described Lind in the Town of piAllA, - <br /> Dane County, Wisconsin, to-wit: <br /> Part of the SW 1/4 NW 1/4 Section 28, Town of Dunkirk described as follows: <br /> Beginning at the West quarter comer of said Section 28; thence North 458 <br /> feet; thence East 580 feet; thence South 145 feet; thence East 160 feet; <br /> thence South 247 feet; thence East 571.4 feet; thence South 66 feet; thence <br /> West 1311.4 feet to the point of beginning. <br /> V t L 19799 racc 5 <br /> 3. NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual benefits passing to and <br /> from the owner and those vho may hereafter purchase said land and the <br /> parties named as beneficiaries of these restrictions, the following <br /> restrictions are hereby imposed: <br /> A.
