ORDINANCE AMENDMENT NO. 5305 <br /> Amending Section 10.03 relating to Zoning Districts in the Town of <br /> DUNKIRK <br /> The Dane County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows: That the <br /> Zoning District Maps of the Town of Dunkirk be amended to include in the RH-2 <br /> Rural Homes District the following described land: <br /> Pet. #5305: <br /> Part of the SW 1/4 NW 1/4 Section 28, Town of Dunkirk described as follows: - <br /> Beginning at the West quarter corner of said Section 28; thence North 458 feet; <br /> thence East 580 feet; thence South 145 feet; thence East 160 feet; thence South <br /> 247 feet; thence East 571.4 feet; thence South 66 feet; thence West 1311.4 feet <br /> to the point of beginning. <br /> The above listed description/s is/are intended to describe land for which a <br /> certified survey map will be prepared for approval and recorded. This <br /> amendment will become effective, if within 90 days of its approval by the Dane <br /> County, a certified survey map that describes the land to be rezoned is <br /> recorded in the Office of the Dane County Register of Deeds. <br /> EFFECTIVE DATE: <br />
