Included with the property is a house <br /> which is in very poor condition. We feel that it would be more cost <br /> effective to build a new home on the property, and raise the existing <br /> improvement. <br /> We plan to continue to lease the property to Mr. Clausen for his <br /> continuation of farming the land.
