LEASE AGREEMENT <br /> This contract made the 11th day of April 11992 <br /> by and between Wolcot B. Hansen & Kim Koenig , lessor, <br /> and Robert Clason _ , lessee, all of County <br /> of Dane , enter into the following agreement. <br /> The Lessor has leased to the lessee the following property <br /> lying and being in Dane County, State of Wisconsin . described as <br /> follows : Township of Berry, Section 22 , That land owned by <br /> the lessor. <br /> June 30th, 1992 or Date of <br /> This contract becomes effective uponClosing the_Pro.perty._._____.- <br /> and will be automatically renewed annually on the Irsl day of March <br /> thereafter. Termination of this lease by either party must be <br /> given in written notice by the 1st day of November of the previous - <br /> year. <br /> Lessee shall pay two installments of $2000 . 00 ( Animal total - <br /> $4000 .00 ) to the lessor. The first installment ,hail be due on <br /> April, 1992* , and the second inst:dtmnnt shall be due on <br /> December, 1992 , of each year. *.Amount to be prorated from 1-1-92 to 6--30--92, or <br /> date of closing the property. <br /> The Lessor shall. supply .fencing materials for lessee to <br /> maintain fences . (This amount shall he deducted from I:I► second <br /> installment ) . Fencing cost to be $300.00, Alfalfa Seed $50.00 to $60.00 per acre <br /> peg 14g, Clason. <br /> The lessee shall supply the Alfalfa seed for seeding workland <br /> Providing the lessee is allowed to take the crop from said land <br /> for 5 years, (the cover crop in the first year and four years of <br /> hay) .
