RECEIVED <br /> ZONING DIV. <br /> MOTION: (Thunstrom, Sargent) to recommend approval of the North Lawn Estates <br /> Am" Preliminary Plat, as shown on a plat map dated 06/03/92 presented by Andrew <br /> Homburg, contingent upon the approvals of other review authorities and the Village <br /> Engineer. Motion carried 6,0,0. <br /> Mr. Homburg also presented a pre-preliminary plat drawing of the parcel to be developed adjacent to <br /> the west edge of North Lawn Estates. This map shows how streets will extend to the west and south to <br /> CTH BB. <br /> Agenda Item: Extra-territorial Review <br /> Jeff Bowers: Present to describe the Certified Survey Map to request the land division in the Town of <br /> Cottage Grove. The request is to add land to two existing lots along CTH N, to use as a buffer to the <br /> quarry to the east. The request adds approximately 2 acres to the Bowers property and 1 acre to the <br /> Horstmeyer property from the Paulson property. The Town of Cottage Grove and Dane County have <br /> approved this request. The Town approval was contingent upon the sale of the property to be <br /> completed no later than September 1, 1992. <br /> MOTION: A motion was made and seconded (Sargent, Schmitt) to recommend <br /> ~" acceptance of Zoning Petition# 5346 per the Certified Survey Map request submitted <br /> by Jeff Bowers to enlarge two existing lots and make conforming balance lands. <br /> Motion carried 6,0,0. <br /> Agenda Item: Other Business <br /> 1. Gregg Madsen: Came to request information regarding the Village requirements for driveway <br /> setbacks from lot lines, and to also discuss fence and hedge requirements. He was provided the <br /> information from the Zoning and Subdivision Ordinances about these requirements. <br /> 2. Del Bomkamp - Pre-preliminary plat drawing for proposed development of the property north <br /> of the Bisbee Plat, along CTH N. This property is about 14.5 acres, 490 ft. along CTH N, and <br /> 1290 ft. deep. The plan presented had 22 four-unit lots, each one over 18,880 sq. ft. <br /> In the general discussion, Mr. Bomkamp was advised that the buffer zone requirements have <br /> changed with the recent passage of the revised Master Plan and related ordinances. He will <br /> review the new requirements and re-arrange the lots, possibly making some duplex lots. <br /> Adjournment: <br /> There being no other business, the meeting adjourned at 10:10 PM.
