Tidwell OPPOSED: --- COMMUNICATION: Town Board. <br /> Quackenbush/Arts to deny requested variances from lot areas and sideyards to <br /> permit division of existing duplex by certified survey map. <br /> FINDING OF FACT: <br /> 1). Property was formerly part of larger condominium plat now dissolved, <br /> other participating properties sold as conforming dulexes. <br /> 2). To approve requested variances would be precedent setting. <br /> 3). Financial gain nor saleable convenience is not considered hardship. <br /> 4). Town Board disapproves. <br /> Motion carried - 4-0. <br /> CONCLUSION: <br /> 1). Unnecessary hardship was not -proven. <br /> Motion carried - 4-0. <br /> #2053 Appeal by Mt. Horeb VFW for a variance from required setback from road <br /> as provided by Section 10.17(3) to permit addition to existing building at <br /> 2781 Erbe Road in the NW 1/4 SE 1/4 - Section 9, Town of Blue Mounds. <br /> IN FAVOR: G. Stensby, B. Dunlevy OPPOSED: --- COMMUNICATION: <br /> Environmental Health, County Highway. <br /> Quackenbush/Arts to grant, with condition, variance of 15 more or less feet <br /> from required centerline setback to Erbe Road to permit addition to existing <br /> building. <br /> CONDITIONS• <br /> 1). The structure shall be removed at the owner's expense if future road <br /> improvement requires additional right-of-way. <br /> 2). Subject to applicant receiving satisfactory resolution of sanitary <br /> concerns by Dane County Environmental Health. <br /> FINDING OF FACT: <br /> 1). Building addition will be no nearer to required setback than existing <br /> building. <br />
