That there be filed with the Zoning Department of certificate of <br /> compliance by a licensed engineer at the completion of the project. <br /> 5). Permit valid for 1 year. <br /> FINDING OF FACT: <br /> 1). Plan is minor change, from earlier approval, due to re-design of <br /> structure. <br /> 2). Re-design of deck location causes plan modification. <br /> 3). Applicant has withdrawn variance request for setback to normal high <br /> watermark. <br /> CONCLUSION: <br /> 1). The project as planned, with specified conditions; will not result in <br /> substantial detriment to navigable waters by erosion, sedimentation, <br /> impairment of fish or aquatic life, or safe and healthful conditions. <br /> Motion carried - 4-0. <br /> #2016. Lycon/Roxbury - 8/23/90 P.H. <br /> IN FAVOR: M. Theis OPPOSED: --- COMMUNICATION: Town Board, D.N.R. - <br /> Lower WI Riverway Board. <br /> Quackenbush/Harvey to grant permit with conditions to fill/grade/berm for new <br /> access from highway. <br /> CONDITIONS:_ <br /> 1). Subject to revised berm location and modifications as discussed with <br /> Board. <br /> 2). Said revised plans and design specifications provided to Dane County <br /> Zoning within 60 days. <br /> tow 3). That plans and specifications be prepared by a licensed engineer within <br /> the scope of the application, and filed with the Zoning Department before <br /> commencement of any work. <br /> 4). That all work be performed in compliance with approved engineering <br /> standards and all applicable governmental rules and regulations particularly <br /> Section 11.05(4) of Dane County Ordinance. <br /> 5). That there be filed with the Zoning Department a certificate of <br /> compliance by a licensed engineer at the completion of the project. <br /> 6). Permit valid for 2 years from grant. <br /> FINDING OF FACT: <br /> 1). All government agencies that responses were requested from were not <br /> opposed. <br /> 2). Revised plan should provide additional buffer zone with adjoining owners. <br /> 3). Project will improve traffic flow to and from congested area. <br /> CONCLUSION: <br /> 1). The project as planned, with specified conditions; will not result in <br /> substantial detriment to navigable waters by erosion, sedimentation, <br /> impairment of fish or aquatic life, or safe and healthful conditions. <br /> Motion carried - 4-0. <br /> #2017.
