BOA Minutes 7/26/90 <br /> Page2 <br /> CONDITIONS: <br /> 1 ). A addition shall be removed at the owners expense if future road <br /> improvement requires additional right-of-way. <br /> 2). Addition not to extend nearer to centerline than does existing front <br /> building line. <br /> FINDING OF FACT: <br /> 1 ). Addition will stay in line with front of building as exists. <br /> 2) . County Highway has no immediate plans for highway improvement. <br /> 3 ). Addition will aid in correcting rear porch roof in need of repair. <br /> CONCLUSION: <br /> 1 ). Variance is not contrary to rights of others or to the public interest. <br /> 2) . Variance preserves the zoning ordinance as much as possible without <br /> injustice to applicant. <br /> Motion carried - 3-0. <br /> #2001 . Appeal by Rowan Hollis for a variance from required setback from road <br /> as provided by Section 10.17(3) to permit tavern additions as constructed at <br /> 6925 Elder Lane ,in the SE 1 /4 SE 1 /4 - Section 22, Town of Bristol . <br /> IN FAVOR: R. Appeal by Bernard and Linda Hron for a variance from required sideyard <br /> ' as provided by Section 10.05(7) to permit garage addition to existing <br /> residence at 6509 Aspen Court in the NE 1 /4 SE 1/4 being Lot #33, Hickory <br /> Meadows - Section 35, Town of Vienna. <br /> IN FAVOR: B. Hron , L. Hron OPPOSED: --- COMMUNICATION: Town Board <br /> Quackenbush/Harvey to grant variance of 4 feet from required right sideyard to <br /> permit 24 feet wide garage addition to residence. <br /> FINDING OF FACT: <br /> 1 ). Applicant amended requested garage width from 28 feet down to 24 foot <br /> wide addition. <br /> 2). Lot is pie-shaped and sloping affords limited buildable area. <br /> 3) . No similar variances in immediate area. <br /> CONCLUSION: <br /> 1 ). Variance is not contrary to rights of others or to the public interest. <br /> 2) . Dennis , S. Sobkowiak OPPOSED: T. Wenzel COMMUNICATION: -- <br /> Harvey/Quackenbush to grant a variance of 1 foot to permit a 6 foot entry deck <br /> to be constructed into required left sideyard setback . <br /> FINDING OF FACT: <br /> 1 ). Deck downsized from 8 foot wide to 6 foot thus reducing requested <br /> variance to one foot. <br /> 2). Entrance to residence is presently through garage. <br /> 3) . Neighbor spoke in opposition to encroachment. <br />
