BOA Minutes 7/26/90 <br /> Page 4 <br /> CONDITIONS: <br /> 1 ). Deck may not exceed 8 feet from existing building line into required road <br /> setback. <br /> 2). The structure shall be removed at the owners expense if future road <br /> improvements requires additional right-of-way. <br /> 3). Structure is to remain as open deck with no roof over or enclosure (rail <br /> is permitted). <br /> FINDING OF FACT: <br /> 1 ). Applicant has earlier variance (#1979 ) for residential addition - now <br /> wished deck added to addition. <br /> 2). Property is elevated above road grade and should offer no impediment to <br /> traffic or vision. <br /> 3). County Highway has no objection with condition (#2 above) attached. <br /> CONCLUSION: <br /> 1 ). Variance is necessary to provide right enjoyed by others. <br /> 2). Variance preserves the zoning ordinance as much as possible without <br /> injustice to applicant. <br /> Motion carried 3-0. <br /> #2007. Appeal by Jean Manchester for a variance from required sideyard and <br /> maximum lot coverage, and required setback to normal high watermark as <br /> provided by Section 10.07(5) & (7 ) to permit additions to existing residence <br /> and boathouse at 2422 CTH AB in the SE 1 /4 SE 1/4 - being Lot #12 , Pike Front <br /> - Section 14, Town of Dunn. <br /> IN FAVOR: J. Manchester, A. Robeson OPPOSED: --- COMMUNICATION: Town <br /> Board, County Highway <br /> Quackenbush/Harvey to hold in abeyance pending resolution of lot boundary <br /> questions - abeyance not beyond September Hearing. <br /> Motion carried - 3-0. <br /> #2008. Appeal by H. Susan Barr, agent for Russell Moberly for a variance from <br /> required setback to normal high watermark , sideyards , setback to road, and <br /> repair of nonconforming structures as provided by Sections 11 .03(2 ) , 10.07(7 ) , <br /> 10.16(5 ) , 10.21 , 10.23 & 10.17(4) to permit additions and repair existing <br /> buildings at 3342 and 3344 Quam Drive in the E 1/2 SW 1 /4 - being Lot #17 , Ole <br /> J. Quam's Park - Section 25, Town of Dunn. <br /> IN FAVOR: S. Barr, R. Bohn , J. Bohn OPPOSED: R. Bennett, B. Meiers for a Special Exception Permit as provided <br /> by Section 11 .05(3) to permit filling, grading, etc. , within 300 feet of Lake <br /> Waubesa in the N 1/2 SW 1 /4 being Lot #23, Block #1 , Greenridge Park - Section <br /> 9, Town of Dunn. <br /> IN FAVOR: H. Meters OPPOSED: --- COMMUNICATION: Town Board. <br /> Quackenbush/Harvey to grant Special Exception Permit for re-contour a portion <br /> of lot and fill/grade after rip-rap and stairs, all as completed. <br /> FINDING OF FACT: <br /> 1 ). Work was completed a year ago without required permits. <br /> 2). Applicant has provided statement from professional engineer that work, as <br /> completed, is within guidelines of 11 .05 (4) Dane County Zoning Ordinance. <br />
