Concrete retaining wall on lakeshore restricts relocation of boathouse. <br /> 4) . Existing boathouse is of insufficient size to be usable with modern <br /> watercraft. <br /> 5) . Similar structures in area. <br /> CONCLUSION: <br /> 1 ). Variance is not contrary to rights of others or to the public interest. <br /> 2). Lawton's claim before County Board for payment of fees. <br /> Quackenbush/Harvey that Board of Adjustment goes on record in support of <br /> payment of fee for Attorney M.
