Also, to grant variance of 18 feet from <br /> required rearyard to permit additions to existing residence as proposed. <br /> FINDING OF FACT: <br /> 1) . Property has 60 feet of right-of-way already attached. <br /> 2) . Applicant reduced his original setback request down to 15 feet. <br /> 3) . Applicant has rezone appeal before Zoning Committee to rezone to R-3 <br /> which would remove need for rearyard variance. <br /> 4) . Cities of Madison and Middleton were notified of proposal and neither <br /> chose to object. <br /> CONCLUSION: <br /> 1) . Variance preserves the zoning ordinance as much as possible without <br /> injustice to applicant. <br /> 2) . Variance is not contrary to rights of others or to the public interest. <br /> Motion carried - 4-0. <br /> #1989. Appeal by Barbara Ricker for a variance from required setback from <br /> road as provided by Sections 10.17 (4) and 10.16 (5) to permit accessory <br /> building reconstruction at 2860 Lakeside Street being Lot #6, Block #1, 1st <br /> Addition Waubesa Beach - Section 8, Town of Dunn. <br /> IN FAVOR: B. Ricker OPPOSED: --- COMMUNICATION: Town Board <br /> Quackenbush/Rendall to hold in abeyance until July Public Hearing pending <br /> Board viewing the property and applicant investigating alternatives to zero <br /> setback. Motion carried - 4-0. <br /> #1900. Appeal by Gary Grosshauser for a Special Exception Permit as provided <br /> by Section 11.05 (3) to permit filling, grading, etc. ,. within 300 feet of Lake <br /> Kegonsa at 2160 Colladay Point Drive in the SE 1/4 SE 1/4 - Section 23, Town <br /> of Dunn. <br /> IN FAVOR: G. Grosshauser OPPOSED: --- COMMUNICATION: Town Board. <br /> Harvey/Quackenbush to grant, with conditions permit for fill and grade for lot <br /> drainage after construction of new residence. <br /> CONDITIONS: <br /> 1) . That plans and specifications be prepared by a licensed engineer within <br /> the scope of the application, and filed with the Zoning Department before <br /> commencement of any work. <br /> 2) . That all work be performed in compliance with approved engineering <br /> standards and all applicable governmental rules and regulations particularly <br /> Section 11.05 (4) of Dane County Ordinance. <br /> 3) . That there be filed with the Zoning Ordinance a certificate of compliance <br /> by a licensed engineer at the completion of the project. <br /> 4) . Dirt covering roots shall be removed from around trees within 10 days. <br /> 5) . Permit valid, thru 8/10/90. <br /> FINDING OF FACT: <br /> 1) .
