Property in question has 2 residences on one parcel. <br /> 2) . Applicant has claimed on an earlier permit application that other <br /> residence was deemed "primary", now wishes to reverse that claim and call <br /> second residence as primary. <br /> 3) . Second story addition entirely over existing first floor with no further <br /> encroachment. <br /> 4) . Similar locational variances have been granted in the area. <br /> CONCLUSION: <br /> 1) . Variance is necessary to provide right enjoyed by others. <br /> 2) . Variance preserves the zoning ordinance as much as possible without <br /> injustice to applicant. <br /> Motion carried - 4-0. <br /> #1970.
