Surveyor errored by utilizing wrong stake assumed to be lot corner. <br /> 2). Lot has severe slope away from road and much fill has already been <br /> utilized. <br /> 3). Lot is irregular shaped and fronts on cul-de-sac. <br /> CONCLUSION: <br /> 1). Variance preserves the zoning ordinance as much as possible without <br /> injustice to applicant. <br /> Motion carried - 4-0. <br /> Rendall/Kruschke to adjourn.
