That work along East property line be completed as follows: <br /> a). Drain tile from a point on property line that begins 60 feet <br /> Southerly of B.M. (iron spike in P.P. at Northeast corner of lot shown on <br /> site plan T & C Services dated (12/20/90) and runs to the lake be <br /> installed by April 15, 1991. <br /> b). That "Aco self Rain Drain" drainage system be installed along East <br /> property line commencing at B.M. (iron spike in P.P. at Northeast corner <br /> of lot shown on site plan "T & C Services dated 12-20-90) and ending 60 <br /> feet Southeasterly along property line by March 1, 1991. <br /> *2). Aforementioned underground drainageways to be located entirely on <br /> applicant's property with "ACO" Drain System being not further than 2 feet <br /> from property line and drain tile (extending towards lake) not further than 1 <br /> foot from common lot line between Lot #25 and 26. <br /> 3). Permit is specifically limited to "Aco Self Rain Drain" drainage system <br /> or equivalent product specifically approved by Mead and Hunt. <br /> 4). That there certification upon completion by a Registered Professional <br /> Engineer that project completed within guidelines of plans submitted and <br /> conditions. <br /> FINDING OF FACT: <br /> 1). Permit is to correct drainage problems after construction of new <br /> residence. <br /> 2). Neighbors have reached tentative accord regarding plan approval. <br /> 3). By implementing drain system by deadlines spring thaws may cause minimal <br /> erosion. <br /> CONCLUSION: <br /> 1). The project as planned, with specified conditions; will not result in <br /> substantial detriment to navigable waters by erosion, sedimentation, <br /> impairment of fish or aquatic life, or safe and healthful conditions. <br /> Motion carried - 4-0. <br />
