Appeal by Gary Wondrash for a variance from required setback from road <br /> and sideyard as provided by Sections 10.17 (4) and 10.06 (7) to permit addition <br /> to existing residence at 3052 Shaw Court in the SW 1/4 NE 1/4 - Section 5, <br /> Town of Dunn. <br /> IN FAVOR: G. Wondrash OPPOSED: --- COMMUNICATION: Town Board <br /> Harvey/Jones to grant, with conditions, variance of 14 more or less feet from <br /> required setback to right-of-way of Shaw Court also variance of 2.5 more or <br /> less feet to permit 2 story addition to existing residence. <br /> CONDITIONS: <br /> 1) . Existing attached garage on left side of property to be removed. <br /> 2) . Addition limited to 22 ' x 22' or as close as 6 feet to road right-of-way. <br /> 3) . That second story addition not extend nearer to right-of-way than does <br /> 1 existing building line. <br /> FINDING OF FACT: <br />) CY 1) . By removing existing attached garage sideyard required on right side is <br /> reduced to 5 feet. <br /> 2) . Right property line is boarded by Town owned lands and won't be built <br /> 1 upon. <br /> 3) . Proposed addition will extend no nearer to right-of-way than did old <br /> garage, now asked to be removed. <br /> 4) . Variance #1833 granted 4/27/89 for second story addition. <br /> CONCLUSION: <br />/ 1) . Variance is not contrary to rights of others or to the public interest. <br /> 2) . Variance preserves the zoning ordinance as much as possible without <br /> injustice to applicant. <br /> 1 Motion carried - 5-0. <br /> I <br /> #1981. Appeal by Paul J.
