Door and entry location prevent moving to complying location. <br /> CONCLUSION: <br /> 1) . Variance preserves the zoning ordinance as much as possible without <br /> rinjustice to applicant. <br /> 2) . Variance is not contrary to rights of others or to the public interest. <br /> Motion carried - 5-0. <br /> #1982. Appeal by Rodney Kohlhepp for a variance from required height of <br /> accessory buildings above normal high watermark as provided by Sections <br /> 11.03 (3) & 10.07 (3) to permit boathouse as constructed at 2966 Tracy Lane <br /> being part of Lots 16 & 17, Kegonsa Park - Section 30, Town of Pleasant <br /> Springs. <br /> IN FAVOR: R. Kohlhepp OPPOSED: --- COMMUNICATION: Letter from <br /> neighbor, T. McCutcheon <br /> Harvey/Quackenbush to grant variance of 2.2 more or less feet from maximum <br /> average height of accessory buildings to permit boathouse as constructed. <br /> FINDING OF FACT: <br /> 1) . Error was made between surveyor and contractor layout. <br />' 2) . Height is needed for owners boat to clear overhead.Cr 3) . Structure is built into bank and only roof line os above grade of yard. <br /> CONCLUSION: <br /> 1) . Variance is necessary to provide right enjoyed by others. <br /> 2) . Variance is not contrary to rights of others or to the public interest. <br /> Motion carried - 5-0. <br /> #1983. Appeal by Scott Lewis for a variance from required setback from road <br /> as provided by Section 10.17 (4) to permit construction of residential garage <br /> also for a Special Exception Permit as provided by Section 11.05 (3) to permit <br /> filling, grading, etc. , within 300 feet of Lake Waubesa at 2946 Waubesa Avenue <br /> being Lot 6, Block 3, 2nd Addition to Waubesa Beach - Section 5, Town of Dunn. <br /> Quackenbush/Harvey to grant variance of 1.5 more or less feet from required <br /> setback from Waubesa Avenue to permit garage as constructed. Also, to grant, <br /> with conditions, Special Exception Permit for fill and grade as completed <br /> after residence addition and garage construction. <br /> SPECIAL EXCEPTION CONDITIONS: <br /> 1) . That plans and specificationstbe prepared by a licensed engineer within <br /> the scope of the application, and filed with the Zoning Department before <br /> commencement of any work. <br /> 2) . That all work be performed in compliance with approved engineering <br /> standards and all applicable governmental rules and regulations particularly <br /> Section 11.05 (4) of Dane County Code of Ordinance. <br /> 3) . That there be filed with the Zoning Department a certificate of <br /> compliance by a licensed engineer at the completion of the project. <br /> 4) . Professional engineer's verification of no adverse impact of project to <br /> adjoining neighbors. <br /> 1 <br />
